    Problem on 'All Programs' Menu

Hello, This morning, I started my computer, logged on and went on the Start Menu to access Microsoft Office programs. But when I went on the 'All Programs' menu, there were no programs listed! I really mean NO PROGRAMS AT ALL. This includes Microsoft Office folder and every other software and program i have got!. Can you please help me in fixing this problem.

    Thanks

Note: My settings are still the same (Windows Vista, Home Premium Edition etc.).

    Welcome

Couple of things to try. First is simple, just reboot

If that does not work try this. Go to search, type cmd, do not hit enter. Right click and run as administrator. In that cmd prompt type this sfc /scannow. Run 3 times if errors are found.

If the above does not work, open a new user account. Your current one is probably corrupted.

I have tried all three ways : reboot, cmd steps and created a new user account, but on the new account, the same incident has repeated.
    Thanks anyway.

    Try a System Restore.
