BOOTMGR is missing

Hello all, i have a HP Mini laptop, Windows XP, and everytime i boot it up this error message appears: BOOTMGR is missing. I know what it means but need help fixing it.

    Its a small HP laptop that does not have a cd drive.
The only problem with this tutorial is two things: One, i dont have a CD drive to insert the startup disk, and two, its a Windows XP. What should do i do?

Sorry, I missed that it was on XP, wait for someone will come up with a solution.
