Problem Burning DVD's

Hi guys i was hoping you could help me out.
I've got a big legitimate dvd library ie dvd's I've bought from stores i have easily over 200 dvd's and blu-rays in my collection.
and I've got a pretty decent network going with approx 10Terabytes of storage over 6 computers (including my server) at home

I'm trying to burn my dvd collection because as time goes on dvd's get scratches, and become damaged, so I want to back each of them up (by storing the .ISO image on my network and if need be, burn it once again in case the original is damaged) i do not use p2p programs and the sole intention of this is to backup my library and burn it.

I know dvd's use macrovision protection, so I have been using dvd decryptor to create the .ISO's but when I want to burn the dvd's I've found that the .ISO is too big for the disc.
Could someone tell me a free solution to either shrink my dvd's to a smaller .ISO image or a way to burn my dvd's and just store the copy somewhere if possible.
Thanks
