Baffling problem at work. One work station has stopped printing - both to its local and to network printers. I have tried various fixes - deleting and reinstalling, registry check/fix, downloading diagnostics/repairs from Microsoft. Microsoft's analysis: Your printer is in an error state, a diagnosis neither helpful nor surprising. Admittedly the printer is an old HP laserjet, but failure to print on any of three system printers indicates to me a Windows problem...the error being one of communications. Has anyone ever heard of such an issue...more importantly, has anyone ever cured such an issue?
