Startup programs

In the lower right of my screen, on the taskbar, are several icons which I believe are started when I start my computer. Most of them may be unnecessary to run at startup and slow the startup.

Other than Trend Micro Internet Security, which of the following programs can I remove from Startup?
1. Volume 34 Speakers Realtek
2. Currently connected to Network 2 Access Local and Internet
3. Trend Micro Internet Security
4. Intel (R) Graphics Medial Accelerator Driver
5. HP Digital Imaging Monitor
6. Windows Sidebar
7. Open Office.org 3.1 Quickstarter

I have have helped in several threads where problems have been caused by removing programs from startup. In lieu of removing a few of the startup items, I suggest that you read and follow this tut.

There are a few programs that can be disabled at startup such as Office. and sidebar
