Dumb question maybe but I have just finished building my new tower, I have Vista installed on this tower and will be needing the activation code from this tower. How can I deactivate it? I don't want to uninstall the OS, as I want to keep this tower as is for a backup.

No I want to deactivate the key on this tower and put it on my new tower, so that this tower (which will become me backup) still has Vista loaded, but is not registered.

My version of Vista is Ultimate and a full retail version
