RunDLL - My Web Search

I have recently been tuning up my friends computer. There was a lot of useless programs on it that he didnt need.

One is named "my Web Search - Cursor Mania" and when i try to uninstall it I get the following message

which is accompanied by another message on logon:

any way to solve:


(he has Vista Basic)
