I have an account created for all of my children at home (3 accounts + the admin account). I know on one of the accounts, when the Parental Controls Request for Access (or whatever it's called) pops up and I click on the link to enter my Admin password, new blank tabs keep popping up. The only way to stop it is to close the browser completely.
I've run Avast and it comes up empty. What could be causing this?

It does it on one account only. The other two accounts say "This link needs to be opened by an application:
WPC Exception Requester
Choose an application"
