My laptop (OS Vista Home) has a problem. It shuts down and restarts automatically. When re starting it has 6 to 8 small idetical displays on the screen.
I fear i have a virus and need to do a distructive re boot back to factory default.

That said i want to remove Windows Mail so i dont loose all my e mails but how do i do that?

What AV do you use ?.

It could be a virus, but it could be a few other things too.

Try the malwarebytes scan and post your results, good luck.
