Solved Icons rearranging after reboot and refresh

Icons rearranging after reboot and refresh. Dont know why this is happening so please help......... I think it might be a registry thing. I added unallocated hard drive space and put it into my C drive... if that helps. I do not have it in auto arrange...... Thats a pretty basic mistake.......

untick align to grid. Put them the way you want them and they should stay put.

1.) I have unticked auto arrange but it still causes the the icons to rearrange
2.) the pic are in order the first one shows how I want it, the second one shows me clicking on refresh and the third shows the icons after refresh and reboot.

ps I like the the crtl wheel scroll trick Ill be able to use it later on.... hehhehe

I've downloaded a program that did the whole icon restore thing about a year ago, but it still bugs me and like I siad before I think it might be a regestry thing which probably means that there are even more problems that arent noticible.... hmmmm I think im ranting right now srry..

I got the results back looks completly normal...... maby its something else corrupted data maby???

I finally figured it out, it was a regitry thing but it turned out the desktop restore program some how got corrupted. I reinstalled it and everythings working so cool
