Hi everyone,

i bought a costco floor model dell studio 15 about 6 months ago (i know that's probably the first problem). Even after changing the computer name there is still a "costco" user file on here that i cant get rid of and getting the "no permissions" error. I have read the other threads and cant seem to delete this folder. i copied and pasted everything i wanted from the folder to another and then (manually, sigh) deleted all the files and folders out of the "costco" folder, including the original music folder, pictures, etc etc. Even though the "costco" folder is now empty when i try to delete it it still says its deleting like 2G of thousands of files and then finally stalls at "you need permission..." I am running as admin and the contents of the folder have been manually deleted. please help before i make a vista/dell laptop flying saucer
