subject: XP fax console overwhelmed when receiving consective faxes and starts printing rather than saving to the harddive.
Our customers fax us their Purchase Orders.
We have XP microsft fax console receiving the faxed POs which is great because they are stored on the computer and we dont have to print them, The only problem I have is that we have one customer that faxes us 20 consective POs and it overwhelms our fax machine.
So after 2 or 3 page it must clog up and instead of saving the faxes to our harddrive the faxes start printing out.
What I want to know is the faxconsole on vista faster or have more memory... or whatever I need to help fax console handle consecutive and not get overwhelmed.
When it starts printing the faxes the girls have to scan them into the computer.
