Are you talking about the Graphic User Interface or GUI when you Boot into windows vista or In IE?

Many Thanks,

Hello nightingale07, welcome to Vista Forums!

You may still be infected as some come back after they've been removed; download and install the free version of Malwarebytes from the link below, then install it and run full virus scans of the entire PC, if it comes up with something run it again until it comes clean.

Hello.I have windows vista home premium 64- bit service pack 2.I think it is called the Loading bar. When click onto IE and the page loads the bar on the bottom goes green .Page is loaded and that should be the end of it ,but the bar shows loading again(goes green). It only does that when IE goes on the whole screen. It doesn't do that when the screen is small.I ran a scan with Malwarebytes and it showed nothing.NOD found nothing and when I ran Emsisoftemergency kit again there was nothing in there except low problem cookie.I di have my email hacked into recently as I said .I have NOD32 antivirus, Malwarebytes,Privatefirewall 7 installed on my comp.

This is normal I wouldn't worry about it this is IE checking the page for missing objects and also IE trying to block pop ups ;)

Hope This Helps,
Josh
