bootmgr is missing/compressed message - 64 bit compatability

I am having the bootmgr is missing/compressed message problem, I have read all the solutions and am sure I can fix the problem, however I cannot get past the "windows is loading files" because once that finishes I get another message stating that windows cannot start because I am attempting to load a 64 bit application and my cpu is not compatible with 64 bit mode. If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

That means that you have a Program that is for 64-Bit only do you know what Program it is when you downloaded it did you have a Choice between 32-Bit and 64-Bit

Hope This Helps,
Josh
