With IE open, usually when a pop up is blocked it gives you the option to see it (yellow bar at top of screen, with a little sound made). I was wondering if it was normal to get the little pop up blocked sound without any notification of a pop up blocked (yellow bar at top of the screen).

My Computer

Yes there are Pop ups all the time There are ones that appear on Websites which you don't get told about and IE Blocks Automatically and the Other type were if a Pop Up Tries to open another Windows then the Yellow Bar at the Top will Notify you

Hope This Helps,
Josh

Gotcha. Thanks.

If you are talking about the navigation sound, you can set it to "none" if you dislike the sound.
EDIT:
Just ignore this as you have already got the answer.
