    The User Profile Service service failed the login

    When I try to login my password I get the follow Message:

    "The User Profile Service service failed the login. User profile cannot be loaded."

    Sometimes the reminder message will pop-up to give me a clue to my correct user password however when I enter my password the same message above will pop-up again.
    I would sincerely appreciate anyone helping me with the procedure to fix this issue so I can login to my computer. My operating system is Vista Home Premium 64-bit.
