I'm guessing this is a new PC (or fairly new). Your best bet is to go to the computer manufacturer's web site and locate technical support for the make and model you have (and service tag for Dell). I couldn't find your system from the information you provided in specs. Then check to see if they have user guides or manuals available for viewing or download. Next, check if they have any articles about procedures for setting up and using the web cam. If you can't find anything, then contact technical support Dell Contact Technical Support (being new, the support should still be free) and request assistance in setting up and using the webcam. I'd use the phone as it is easier to interact that way. They will know much more about it than we do and I'm sure they can help you.
