A year ago my computer crashed from an unknown cause and later made my computer go nuts. I tried to open programs but they all said "Open with: Internet Explorer" and there were only Internet Explorer as alternative. That didn't work so I used "Open/Run as administrator" and that worked. That's not too annoying to what's next. I can't open any specific file in system32. I can't turn off my firewall or even get access to options in Controlpanel at all and so on. I can't download software to games because I need to allow that "program" in firewall settings, which I cannot get access to. This turned out to be a VERY rare problem as NO search results comes up when I google the specific "data". Also, many times when I open files this comes up: C:\Windows\System32\XXXXXX.exe - Unable to find program." I just HATE this! If at least any tips can be given or if anyone have clues/same problem, let me know.
