Mmc could not create the snap-in

Hi Folks, My problem started a while back, Whenever i went into task scheduler a popup box stated, the task image is corrupt or has been tampered with, one suggestion was to delete (user feed synchronization) then to cmd and type in msfeedssync enable enter, my problem was my (user feed synchronization) is missing,i tried vista repair disc only to find the problem was still there,then i tried factory recovery which seemed to work untill i installed my programs and files from an external hardrive backup,only to find the problem back, So i decided to try vista repair disc again, now i have a different message, MMC COULD NOT CREATE THE SNAP-IN, any help would be greatly appreciated, see attachment thanks

I think windows updates does fix that issue, check problem and solution on your system if windows had find the fix or check for latest windows update
