When I do a defrag or disk cleanup how do I delete evreything that the internet downloads on my computer like COOKIES and the other garbage without messing up my computer.:cry:

The best way is to download and use ccleaner
Check all the items that it will clean (shown by a check)
Ask us for any that you do not understand
Untick all registry entries that you see.
There are other ways, but this may be the best Just take your time and ask us, if you are not sure about what to clean
