remove START right click items

I have Vista Home Premium SP2.
I am trying to remove items from my Start button when I right click.
Here is a pic of the items I want to remove:

I took a look at the link you provided earlier, and the items that I show in my jpeg aren't listed in the registry that the link shows. I am puzzled as to where they are.

Off the top, I am not familiar with the jpeg location. What do you mean?
