Solved Driver Access denied.

Hi guys.

This time I have a problem with one an external drive, actually its one partition of it. As you can see in the screenshot the label is gone from that disk.
I noticed that problem a few days ago but we were busy with that famous other thread...
The treatening factor here is that this is the partition where I stash my Image from my C partition, so its very important to me as you can imagin. As a first step to mend this issue I tried to do a disk scan; Menu Extra --> Error Control, but I get a message returned that "Cannot check this disk because there's no access to it".

A while ago I did a quick format and everything looked back to normal, so subsequently I made an Image on it and thought that this problem was gone, but now its back. (Hopefully not with a vengeance...)

So, I have to ask again, can someone help me on that?

Best regards Carlo.

Hi Richard

I could treat this problem from the Ubuntu disk while I was at it when deleting those terrible folders from that other thread.
I guess that Ubuntu is a real time and trouble saver.

Thanks for the tips though, I burned them for future cases.

Regards Carlo
