Using the Task Scheduler to Start a Program

I Have been having trouble with my Task Scheduler and I am hoping someone here can help. My original intent was also to seek help about why I couldn't get it to run a timed shut down task ... but that has resolved itself for some reason (and I am bothered at not knowing why).

Anyway, the problem is still happening when I try to run a program. I created a task to open my uTorrent program at a certain time (for testing purposes I am setting it to go off 5 minutes from whenever i make it to see if it works). According to the history the task was triggered, the message was sent to start the task, the action was started, then the task was started. The status says it is Running (used to say all these same things plus task completed when I tried to make it run Shutdown.exe) however it is not. My only guess would be that I should put a specification in the augment line? But for this case I have no clue what that would be.

Help and light shedding would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, I get how to do all that. Which is why I don't understand what is going wrong. That guide and the spinny donut were two that I used to first learn how to do the Shutoff set up and the ones I went over a bunch of times when it wasn't working. I have no clue why I got it to work today (I deleted the old one and just used -s instead of -s -f -t0). I'll try saving a bunch of screen shots and attaching them to a post if I can.

I tried to turn on the, I think, free malwarebyes with the task scheduler I tried and tried and it would not work. Finally, I found out that the program was made so it could not be done. The paid version has that feature. Can your program have similar limitations?
