Getting out of Safe mode.

I was trying to update my service pack to the new one so I could download the new MNS Messanger, but was not able do to some programs running. My computer suggested putting the computer on safe mode by this m something.exe program. I now can not get onto Windows Update and can not find a way to get out of Safe Mode. I have tried restarting it and clicking Start Normally, but it still comes up in Safe Mode. Please if you know how to help me I would be eturnally grateful. (sorry about any misspelled words.)

While in safe mode, bring up the task manager (ctrl+alt+del)

select file > click new task, type in msconfig and click ok

Choose normal mode, click ok and restart.

select file. Then click on new taks, type in msconfig, then ok
