Really happy as got it to work at last on laptop. Properties - compatibility change to Windows 98/me and run as administrator. When you open a photo to change do all you need to - File & scroll down to "save" not save as or hitting the shortcut, just close it down top right red cross and its done. You can save layers in the same way. Had to use the dinosaur upstairs before this:D
