hi frnds,

now a days we see that 720p and 1080p movies are uploaded on torrents. they are actually very small files sometimes around 700-800 Mb. but the resolution are 1280*720p HD and the quality of print is quite good. plz tell me in detail how they do it.

What do you mean? RAW HD Files are bigger than 800MB Depending on the amount of footage but you can compress it

The More you compress the Image the less the File size and HD Quality hence the 1080P / 1080i and 720p / 720i

actually they say that they converted it from blueray dvd. what i think the blue ray raw files are around 25 gb. but the ripped file are in 700 mb. how can they rip it?

You would have to think there would be some sort of quality loss with that much compression.
There are some very good quality small file size movies out there in.H264 and I have seen some .mkv that were good quality while still being small files.

EDIT:They were most likely made that size to fit on one DVD
