Have never actually tried it myself. The best way is to use a CD, but if you cant, try anyway that you can.

i cant get it to load a cd to boot, i have moved the boot order all over the place with no succss. i tried putting the vista boot iso on a usb flash, when it attempts to load it says "no operating system found. " i have tried going into advanced boot menu and then system repair, it will load one screen then it reboots and starts the loop all over again. im about ready to thrown the flipping thing in the road and rive my truck over it

Test with another bootable CD, maybe the Cd is defective.

i made 3 discs and none of them would read. i think the drive is messed up. i was able to get a patial boot from the usb, said, "booting from usb" then the windows load screen comes up and it ends up with a blavk creen with the mouse on the screen that works, but the screen it black and there is no option and typing commands does nothing. i tried the ubuntu from the usb and it said "booting from usb" then some linux crap but didnt go anywhere from there
