System Recovery Options not working

I have done Dell Image Factory Restore several times in the past with no problems. Yesterday, I restared my pc and tapped F8, I go to Repair My Computer and I wait until the screen popups so I can do Dell Image factory restore, but it takes me to this "Other USer' login page and I type in my admin username and it says the user name cannot be connected. I've tried searching this problem on gooogle but so far there hasn't been any solution. I don't have any other accounts running on this system. I am running vista 32 bit. So my question is "How can I get past the Other User login page" to get to system recovery so I can restore my pc to factory conditions?
