Recovery Partition Help

My recovery partition is empty so is my c drive the WIM files folder is empty is there anyway of restoring the files to recover my pc?

If your recovery partition is not working and you do not have a restore CD, you must call the provider of your OS (Microsoft or Computer manufacturer, if the OS came with the computer) and get an install DVD for cost. It will be about $25.00. You must have the key to activate, however.
