I just got a job at a local pawnshop, they need me to remove passwords on pawned computers i know i can do it through administrator, but if that is locked as well whats a good way to do it?

I have tried Offline windows password and Registry but it keeps freezing durring the boot.

Any suggestions?

STOP what you are doing straightaway. I would clarify the local law and regulations on this before going any further. Remember that someone brought the computer to the pawnshop in exchange for money, possibly a temporary loan. If that is the case, the computer is acting as collateral for the money and may be reclaimed by the customer when s/he repays the money lent to him/her (plus any charges). In these cases, the customer is expected to receive the goods back in the same condition as they were left, and that includes computers which should not be tampered with whilst under the care of the pawnbroker.
