Solved boost speed

hello everyone

I have just defragged my machine using Auslogics disc defragmenter, when i open
up the system health page it is telling me that i have 29 junk files and 147 registry
errors. Should i worry about these or should i download and use the
Auslogics boost speed programme, or is their another free programme that i can use.

Do not use the registry programs, they usually make things worse.
The major junk files can be removed by using ccleaner. You can just Google and download. Its free and many, including myself use it. Its safe. Do not tick any of the registry files, even in ccleaner.

If speed is still slow, after following the instructions, post and we will try to determine the problem with a clean boot.

thanks for your reply Rich, i have ccleaner, but i did not know that this programme
gets rid of junk files, another helpful tip that i have learnt from you.
