Hi, I've ran sfc /scannow command and it said the following...
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.
Not got a clue what to do next or how to fix this problem, can anyone help please?

SFC is not the way to fix a slow computer.
Make a full anti virus scan
Donwload and make a full scan with malwarebytes. If that does not work.
Set up a clean boot, if it is faster now, follow instructions
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If the above does not work, give these ideas a try
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/81176-speed-up-performance-vista.html

I've already tried these before and it still seems sluggish..
