Desktop

Hi,
I'm currently running windows Vista Home Premium sp2 with up to date Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 (ORIGINAL LICENSE), Ccleaner.exe install, Tune up Utilities 2011.exe (ORIGINAL LICENSE) install

I have 1 problem and it is about my Desktop. When I log on there is a pop up appear and it said that some file cannot be loaded. Moreover it also wrote that it can be deleted in regedit but I didn't found the file in regedit. So what should I do? I put some screen capture picture that I take after I log on. Please take look and if you have any solution please tell me.

It sounds like someting could be making an entry in the RunOnce Registry key. As soon as it runs it, it removes it from the Registry. It's usually for installs that need to resume after a reboot. But malware sometimes uses it. Or it could be a broken install.

I would download and run Malwarebytes full scan:

Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, anti-virus and spyware removal download

The free version is fine for scanning:

Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

Hello, also noted was the fact you have Ccleaner, open that up and look in the start up programs and verify what is supposed to be opening up is marked as YES , and other stuff is disabled or showing NO .
I find that when i install programs or uninstall, that my startups need to be checked out and only starting what i want to start.

Install WinPatrol free version.
BillP Studios - WinPatrol

By default it should install to start automatically when Windows starts.
It sits in the System Tray and watches certain system settings and locations.

If something puts an entry in the Run or RunOnce or even the StartUp Folder, it will notify you. Maybe you can catch which app is putting it in.

edit: from the screen shot it looks like it's using a Load key which is unusual. Usually apps stick stuff in Run or RunOnce. Maybe that's why nothing is cleaning it out.

Start WinPatrol and delete the key. See if WinPatrol detects something putting it back.

But as suggested a Restore Point might be the simplest fix.
