I am running Vista Home Premium 32 bit.
There were several accounts on this machine, some admin, some standard. At some point in time, the accounts "disappeared" from the Control Panel/User Accounts screen. One could log on to all the accounts, but from an administrator account (even the hidden master admin account) they were not accessible to modify or delete. I also cannot create new accounts. I can go through the process, but they never appear on the log on screen or in the accounts control. I was able to delete all but one of the undesired accounts by using the command line, but how do I restore control to the CP/User Accounts screen?
