Is this telling me that Win32_PerfFormattedData...... and Win32_PerfRawData_TermService_TerminalServices should be part of the WMIPERFINST.MOF ?

Yes I have tried sfc /scannow and also I have re-compiled all WMI mof files using the mofcomp command, no joy!

This is a copy of my WMIPERFINST.MOF at 980 bytes.

Could someone please upload an image of theirs to compare?

Is the WMI service off in Services?

I wanted to rebuild the wbem Repository to try to fix a problem I have and, even after changing all the permissions so I could rename it, I couldn't do it.

The service is on, set to automatic

I just wanted to mention that my copy of that .mof is identical to yours- good or bad.
