Windows Explorer has stopped working

K, so whenever I try to open the properties of Computer, an error message pops up saying "Windows Explorer has stopped working". After that, I have to wait about 20-30 minutes for Windows Explorer to restart. Either that or I force shut down it. I cannot provide screenshots. I cannot tell you any information about the computer, since all the information is in the properties. It only happens when I try to view the properties for Computer, nothing else.

Type event viewer in search by the start button.
Put cursor in left panel, adminstrative look for errors at the time of the problem

and make an SFC

Make a full antivirs scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.
