Solved interactive services dialog detection

Searched this site for an answer but couldn't find anything that seemed definitive so I'll ask here.

Lately, during Windows Updates, I get an interactive services dialog detection window which only stays open for a very short time.

Any idea why I'm experiencing this now? I haven't installed any new programs recently.

Thanks.

Welcome
That service is used only when needed. It is needed for your updates, to protect against the introduction of unauthorized updates or malware. For some reason your computer shows the notification, which usually disappears too fast for the user to note.
I would do the following and if negative, forget about the situation.
Run a full anti virus scan
Download and run a full scan with Malwarebytes.
I would then test memory with memtest 86. If all is found to be OK, I would just enjoy the computer.

Ok.

I think I'll try to click the details of the window next time and see if that leads me anywhere.

Thanks
