    Hi,

    The file you are looking for is hpounp02.inf

    This will add the driver files needed for the scanner to work. OK?

    Hi,

    The version I have downloaded (Link above) has this file (hposcu01.inf) for the scanner software. On saying that, if you have a later version, I would follow my last advice. "Remove & re-install the software" OK?

    Yes definately. Never ! install MS drivers for third party devices, they are too troublesome.

    I must have a different version, mine are *09.inf files. I'm going to remove and re-install. Thanks so much for all your help.
