I think some type of virus cause this problem. Every time I click Internet Explorer or other programs, the "Open With" page comes up. Sometimes it's application is not found. Help!

Reset the exe and lnk (LNK) associations.
Default File Type Associations - Restore
You may also want to read this if needed.
I think that you may have to associate the software with a default program to open it.
