How to change the language?

hi,
Does anyone knows how to change the language from Dutch to English in vista home basic x64 Service pack2?
your help is appreciated

Hello Ardebeli,

Sorry, but you will only be able to change the display language in the Vista Ultimate and Enterprise editions, and not in a Vista Home Basic. :(

Adding to what Brink said, the only proper way is to re-install windows using an english installation CD.

Yes it does.

I had a windows XP laptop, and it was in chinese. I wanted it to be in english, and the only way to fix was to install an english version.
