Computer Freezes at random. Sound will skip repetitively like a broken record.

My computer will randomly freeze during multiple activities. If it freezes during music or video (streaming or otherwise) the sound skips like if a record player were bumped. I could have just booted up and moved my mouse, navigated to a new web page, watching Netflix or YouTube, listening to music via VLC or any other medium. It also will freeze randomly when gaming (MMO) or offline games. I've tried CC Cleaner, Virus scan, Malware scan, MSCONFIG, adjusting paging file size, updating drivers. I've had to re-install the OS previously, approx 1 year ago. I've also defragmented. I've ran tests on my video card in which my GPU reached 110 degrees Celsius. At this point however, my computer did not freeze even though the temperature reached 110 Celsius. My computer will freeze completely at random during any of the aforementioned activities. I've also cleaned the inside of my computer maybe 6 months ago. My specs are as follows:

Here are my solutions to freezing, and an excellent article, which I hope is of some help
Go to search type device manager and look for any yellow warning markers
Download and run malwarebytes, a full scan after you update
Run antivirus scan
Check memory with memtest86
Make sure that you are not over heating.
Try in safe mode; report back if it works properly.
Try a clean boot
Make sure PSU is working properly
If overclocking, restore to original
Test hard drive at company website.
Test in safe mode, does it still happen?
Try with clean boot..
