Change underline key for Explorer Left Pane context menu?

In Windows Seven if I right click in Explorer left pane Favorites I can then press 'e' to open that folder in a new window. In Vista, I have to press 'o'. Being right handed and wanting to use the mouse, now I have to reach across with my left hand to press the 'o' key.

Is there no way to change the underline/shortcut/accelerator whatever they call it key in the context menu? I see no way to do it. I look in the Registry and I don't see any "&" in front of any of the letters. But the short cut letter is there just the same. There must be a way to change it.

All I've been able to find is turn the display of underline on and off. No info how to change the letter itself.

I would like to let you know that this option is not present in Windows Vista as it a design issue.

The option is not present. The problem is, it appears to be present. I already noted the underline appears even though it's not functional. To me that's a bug. If the underline doesn't work, then don't display it.
