Change default Windows Explorer appearance?

G'day,

Does anyone know if it is possible to alter the Windows Explorer settings, such that when it is first opened, it appears as shown in the image below?

Hey Tom.

When I first open it, it opens on the following location:

C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

Perhaps because I open Explorer by right-clicking on Start Orb, and then selecting Explore from the context menu?

Whats the best way to get Explorer to open as per image in post #1, so its nice and clean and none of the paths are maximised?
