You must click on the folder, get the drivers manufacturers name (eg. Intel), then go to that site to update.

Did you recently re-install your operating system? If so, then it's best to visit your computer maker's website and download "software and drivers" files to execute. I did this very thing with my HP dv5 and found a number of devices like this without drivers. I had expected the basic ones would work by default, but I had to run the OEM driver installers to get them cleared up.
