HELP! Microsoft .Net Framework Unhandled Exception error

Help! whenever i start up my laptop i get this error and i have no idea what to do. i havent made any changes to my laptop recently apart from downloading a few games from steam.. and i dont think that would affect it at all.

Im not sure if this will help but i had that message only once before in my case it was because it was not installed,so i installed it, i think you can get it here
