Aero themes change to Classic

Hey guys. Today when i started my computer the theme was classic rather than Aero.
Lastnight everything was okay and aero theme was working great. I tried setting back to aero default win vista theme and to other themes i was using before that but nothing worked. It kept auto-switching to classic theme. I went Control Panel\Personalization and then Theme to set the aero theme but nothing worked. Check THIS Picture.
Then i tried checking Window Color and Appearance but nothing worked there either.Check THIS Picture as well.

I wanted to let you know taht i use Windows Vista Home Premium x32 bit.
Antivirus - ESET NOD32 Antivirus
Lastnight i removed and updated some programs i frequently use.
I uninstalled Advanced SystemCare and purchased the new version and i had to upgrade (intall it once more).
Also i unintstalled Adobe Photoshop CS5 because i purchased the new CS6 and i installed the new CS6.
Also i uninstalled TuneUp Utilities and i purchased the new 2013 version but i DIDNT installed it lastnight.

I also used both Advanced SystemCare and CCleaner to clean up my pc lastnight.
Thats everything i did.

Please help me to turn the Aero themes back because i dont quite like the Classical theme.

I also found error while windows startup saying

I searched over Google and i found "turegopt" is connected to TuneUp Utilities. Do you think everything i caused by it?

Do you have any programs that allow remote log in?
My pcanywhere does this, as it uses a default/generic display driver.

Did you uninten tionally mess up the video driver?

I'd try to reinstall your video driver. Might kick start things.

Not sure about video drivers but since i had autocheck issue related with TuneUp Utilities i made my mind and installed my new purchased 2013 version and tried to set my theme with the visual changer integrated inside it and it worked. Then (just in case) i moved to Personalization settings and tried to set the theme back to classic then back to Vista default non-aero, then aero and lastly the theme im using (Windows 8 Preview). It was working great and i started using almost every option integrated and cleared my pc once more.
I restarted my pc and this time no autocheck error but some message related with TuneUp Utilities (that was on-screen for less than 2 seconds) and i was not able to read the whole thing. (so im not sure what actually was on my screen because it was at least 15 rows). Everything was working great and the theme was working great. Then i restarted my pc once more and no errors this time or either messages. Clear startup and behaviour.

So far so good but i'll just monitor what's happening during the upcoming days and i'll contact back for final results.
Thanks anyways!
