Autoplay tab in USB properties is missing?

When I insert a USB into my laptop the Autoplay dialog box open however when I right click on the properties of my USB the Autoplay tab is missing, the same with CD-ROM drive.

The Shell Hardware Detection service is started, however I haven't try the registry hack
