As I understand this, the .mst is applicable to a Office XP installation. Are you using XP?

Thanks for the link, however I didn't understand everything:
The following steps add a registry key value by creating a transform that can be applied universally to any .msi package:
- Create an empty msi package, Package1.msi.
Are they mean I need to open registry editor and create a new folder name Package1.msi?
what they mean empty msi package?
Are they mean I need to open registry editor and look for any folder with the name msi? and then create a new folder named Package1.msi?

I don't think they want you to create a folder in the registry.
