Bluetooth Peripheral Device...failed

I just got a wireless headset from China without driver installation disc. My PC recognized the device, already added to bluetooth device list but failed to install driver. There are several drivers listed in HD but installing any of them was not recommended because none is digitally signed.

I cannot find the manufacturer's website. Help?

Now the seller says I need to install IVT Bluesoleil2.1.3.0 driver but cannot provide me with link to this driver installation. My internet search leads me to many blog entries that offer this driver for free. I tried a few sites and all got me stuck with register first requirement that asks for credit card submission.

I am now stuck with Device Manager unable to install "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" driver. Online blogs indicate this is a common problem with both Vista and W7. Any advice? Anyone with similar problem?
