Hi Everyone

Trying to re-install Vista on my Acer Aspire 5920, but my acer recovery programme will not open. I have
tried pressing alt - f10 keys but when this opens I get this screen which I do not understand. [see attached]

Every manufacturer seems to be different. On my Dell, F8 gets me into the right place for picking what to do. Some use F5 or F12.

Hi Wither 3

Thanks for your reply.

The f5 key worked for me, but when I try to use the recovery programme I get this message
